French business letters, 1850s - 1860s. Tissue thin paper, in every shade of blue. Early stamps and cancellations.
All the details, and fragments of sealing wax.

Vintage dials from pocket watches, enamel on copper. These are mostly from Britain. Dials from women's watches have soft colours, flowers, some scrollwork and the occasional bit of bling. Dials from men's watches are larger and simpler.

It's November, which means that the Victoria Book & Paper Show is only four weeks away!
Our studio is filled with paper ephemera from France: handwritten letters, music and documents, vintage ledger pages, 1920s postcards, old school books, and antique playing cards.
We're gathering assemblage supplies as well: antique optometrist lenses, German bisque dolly arms and legs, French pharmacy boxes, Victorian baby shoes, game pieces, and other treasures.
